I once had an old A and I found it to be really light but the only thing I found with it was that after a while of riding it the deck started to bend towards the ground in a sort of U shape.. I was pretty fat back then though haha

for me the most irritating thing about the a is its shorter so i alwayse land with my foot on the break and it starts to hurt after awile other than that i would go for it i rode one for a long time and it held up ok as long as your not going HUGE you should be fine

when i had an old a whips were a little easier but they break at the drop-outs kinda easily.

i could double flat clean on my old a and i was starting to get some clean flat bri's, then the drop outs snapped

but i really like old a's i can fingerwhip off of curbs and docks and shit now which i never used to be able to do and i can triple easier off docks and they jus feel better for me =]

I used to ride a old a it was easyer to whip and 360 flat in my oppinion but Ive only had a pro model for liek 2 weeks and havent really got used to it yet but gettign ther
