well tsi is way heavier than phoenix, but phoenix is shorter.
phoenix has a 82.5 headtube angle and personally 83 on a tsi feels way better
both have concave, but i prefer tsi's dropouts more

it depends. tsi feels really weird, when i tried to bunnyhop on one i nosebonked and almost flipped over. and they are more heavy. but if you can get used to it and like heavy decks go with tsi.
phoenix is perfectly balanced and pretty much the same weight as a bolted pro, they feel amazing.
both of them are really strong and will last a long time. its all you.

i absolutely hate it when people say tsi's are way heavier. that sir is false, a phoenix is only about 3 oz. lighter than a tsi.

tsi 4.6 deck plates have 5 degrees of concave witch makes it way better for throwing and catching whips, or scooter flips.

yes the flowmaster's headtube angle is not to the liking of some people. but if you dont like it then get the freeflow witch instead of an 83 headtube angle its 81.5

tsi is capable of different deck plates allowing you to change width or deck styles to your preference. there is never a need to buy a new deck if you want to have a wider or skinnier deck plate.

phoenixes drop outs are similar to razors, and in many cases such as alex dorantes's deck or kody geiger's deck they bent in or folded. in fact tsi's are stronger than phoenixes believe it or not. the other day i was at reedville skate park with alex and he showed me cracks along the top welds to the base of the deck and cracks going around the welds on the bottom, and cracks going through the deck.

i know people are going to say pics or gtfo but trust me when his breaks i will take pictures and post them everywhere. oh and his is a second gen.

the way a tsi is set up it doesnt have drop outs. in the area where the front drop outs would be you have a scissor joint going from the headtube to the rails.
what that does is it forces the tension through the headtube , through the front, and out the back.

and because a tsi is two rails with a deckplate it allows it to flex and absorb the stress put onto it.

so its your decision.

a deck thats going to break

or one thats not.

your choice.

Whoever rides TSI, is going to say TSI, whoever rides Phoenix, will say Phoenix. You do get the people in between that actually aren't biased, and tell you it's preference like Anthony.

phoenix decks are just as strong as tsi decks.

also phoenix decks feel a shit load lighter than tsi. theres different tsi decks so saying they weigh 3 ounces more is dumb. phoenix decks are 3 pounds flat, thats lighter than any tsi deck no matter what.
phoenix decks have concave, not as much but 2 degrees wont mak any difference.

stop hating on any deck that isnt tsi.

Wtf that was so biased by anthoney phoenix feel amazing, tsi feel really weird...wtf

yea unbiased because i am not associated with phoenix or tsi or any company in any way so anything i say is going to be what i actually think and not just me trying to advertise a deck.

TSI's I have to admit do seem very heavy, since they are almost sitting at 4 pounds. Weight freaks can choose.

go to colledge for engineering.

compare the decks.

and tell me im wrong.

you are biased because you're on tsi. not only that you're hating on other decks just to make people think tsi is the only good, strong deck on the market. its not dude.
