what do u use to grind down an nx fork?

what do u use to grind an nx fork to fit 110mm wheels?

oviously a grinder...... like a file... but it takes ages

Just jam it into a stone wheel bench grinder or pick up a 20 dollar die grinder, a 10 dollar carbide bit set, find daddy's air compressor and grind the piss out of it and have it ready in .02 seconds.

nah a grinder does like half the work then u need to file the rest down in took tom borsari 4 hours to do it at my house a while ago

hand file it all the way
its the best way, and it makes it alot cleaner looking too
make sure u use a rounded file

Might as well just buy a new fork if you are going to use a file... that would take forever. Bench grinder would work, angle grinder with a 4-5" wheel, die grinder with a carbide tip or even a drill with a carbide cutter would work but drills are not really designed for side load so I would try to avoid that. Like Cory said in some other thread, there are a hundred ways to do everything it just depends what you have access too. If you really want to use a file... have fun.
