you don't need a compression system with a threaded pro model fork

You only need one if you get a threadless sr fork, because it holds everything together Instead of screwing the bars on the fork

So if you have a stock fork with buffs, you don't need a
Compression system

it doesnt matter if the bars are threadless all bars are until u tighten up the clamp and it creates threads on yr forks, to anwser ur question though threadless forks are stronger cooler longer lasting

With a threaded fork you don't one. It pulls the threadless fork and bars together, like threads do, but in place of the threads.
