How do you change your frequency? Whats 285hv on the Vivitar flash? Is it just a model?

there should be a switch to change between frequencies. make sure you match the transmitter and receiver. if youre still not sure just skim through the manual.

and when talking about more than one lens, the word would be lenses. "johnny has four lenses," not "johnny has four lens."
