What height bars??? Brass knucks

I'm getting a proto brass knuck compresion system and i want 21" high bars so should i order it a couple inches shorter than how high i want it?

Yes, two inches shorter.

And slitless if it's an option.
You'd want to order 19 high slitless bars.
Or if you have them slitted, jam a forktube in the bars.
