You guys are stupid. He'd be crazy to try to fix that. First of all, headset cups need to be precise otherwise you'll get problems (maybe not immediately, but down the road) with rattle and it won't spin well. And second, if he tries to fix it himself then it voids any warranty or guarantee it may have had on it.
