What ICS Kit would i get?

If i am getting a threadless Proto Stiker 110mm then what ISC Compression set would i get? The .083 " wall or the .120 wall kit?

Get the .083 wall ICS for Proto Striker forks.
Yes, ICS is pretty decent, it does it's job
and it's a kind of a low-budget compression
system to go from threaded to threadless.

Also do i need a clamp if i use ISC? Because it says to get a slit on your bars if you get threaded/ics so i am guessing i need a clamp? And thanks for the quick response.

yes, you need a clamp for inverted compression.
