Spam bot? SCS stands for standard compression system, a clamp the basically holds the entire scooter together. And thanks Rob

Your best bet would probably be the Lucky Strata i think it's called, only about 230 bucks and it comes with compression, threadless forks, 100mm metal cores, nice deck and a nice headset. It's also really light and dialed out of the box.
