What is the circumfrance (diameter) or regular bars???

I want to mess around and make some custum bars but I dont know the circumfrance???

make sure you get a good wall thickness if you are getting alluminum. 0.065 is good if its going into a ttube if you dont ride to wide of bars and dont ride to hard. most of the time youll just bend the ttube instead of the pipe if you bail and your scooter lands on the bars. if you get chromoly id probably get 0.065 just in case.

before you make anything you should know what youre talking about. if you need diameter then yes 7/8" is what youll need for grip are but when you talk about a circumference when no one uses those measurements it just makes it sound like you dont have an idea as to what your saying.

but yea, maybe do some research on dimensions and materials that other people make their bars from and begin your design from there

if it's going into a t-tube: a)make sure you didn't tape your stocks in the t tube to hold them in place temporarily because it leaves sticky crap everywhere that's hard to get off, and b)I don't know if you can find or order anything that is less than a quarter of a millimeter smaller than 7/8" diameter, but if you can, do so, because otherwise you'll have to do what I did and sand down the inside of your t-tube top so that it will fit in, because stocks are slightly smaller than 7/8" to my knowledge..

how is is 1 1/8 id when the outder diameter is 7/8. that means the id is bigger than the od

1 1/8 is for the tube going on the forks
