What is the difference between Decks with Deck Plates and Decks Without?

so the top is better than both on the bottom not reinforced? I need to buy reinforcements for the top one right?

The one with the strip on the bottom is better because that strip is a reinforcement. Also on that deck (pro model) is a reinforcement under the foldy. You should still reinforce it if you get it, though.
