Yeah, that is totally understandable. I honestly never considered anything I could do on a scooter "ridiculous" considering I can't ride a skatepark to save my life. The best thing I've ever done was a below coping double whip. Quick breakdown of the ones I've been having some trouble with:
On my hop 5's, I carve it a little before my hop and a lot of the time on my last 90 degrees my back foot flings off and when I land it goes back on real quick, but it just looks bad. When I land, although I fully rotated it I am just at a stop so I can't roll out of it.
For those of you interested in the manual truck, that's not coming along as I wanted it to. I caught the bars and landed at 270 recently so I thought I would be able to start getting them but that last 90 is literally impossible to pull. I feel like the whip is more likely because I'm not great at bars for some reason.
I've got the fakie manual stuff down for the most part. I ride with my foot on the brake so sometimes it's hard to land it clean though because when I land the bar or whip I hit the brake and fling back.
I've been having a problem with the 5 bars/whips on mellow banks too because it's hard to keep it under me. Same is happening with the opposite truckdrivers. Help on those would be appreciated, but this doesn't appear to be the thread for that.
All the 5 cab stuff is a ton of fun. Once I get most of the rest I will film some stuff in my driveway.
