What made you start scootering?

never saw a thread on this, and i didnt search but the idea popped into my head so sorry if there was already one on this,

anyways, what made you start scootering?

Well basicly when I was 3-4 years old my brothers got Huffy Micro scooters (remember this is when scooters were in "style") and I'd always watch them ride down hill with them while sitting down and one day I just picked up one of the scooters and started riding around but after that I quit until early '06 when I started doing "pogos" and 180's and all that good stuff, i didn't even know what I tailwhip until January '07 when I started browsing the scooter resource and then I got good and then I made this thread ;-)

when i was younger everyone started gettin em and i got one then i started riding around for fun then i stopped for a while and i started back up again seriously

my and my friend rode our scooters to the pool and stuff then he decided to try tricks and i was like ill try too

i started when someone at my primary school bought one back from india when they first ever came out so i got one the next christmas, went to a few skateparks, quite for bmx then only just got back into it this year and itss aweesome

I don't know, i had just always rode one. I started popped bunnyhops and wheelies and it progressed from there. Also brian boston, i saw his mini vid 2 and that got me determined.

i bought a vid called "scoot park skills" XD i thought the guys on it were like amazin till like a year n a half ago lol, ther best trick was a tailwip lmao

well i first rode when the first came out, only in circles
but then me and my friends started to do tricks in sept 2005.
but i always liked scooters :)
