What part is this?

Hey guys a part on my A model razor scooter fell off yesterday and i couldent find it, i just found it then but it was in 2 pieces and squashed by a car

Its a small black piece that goes in the front of the deck just behind the front wheel, im not sure what it does but i guess it blocks off the deck so rocks and things dont get stuck in it.

Does anyone know what its called, is it worth replacing or is there someway i can make a substitute

it just covers the front, i lost mine its ok if you lose it but on new a's it might rust
