What r the thredless forks

There's a star nut that's pressed into the bars and a bolt that goes from the bottom of the fork up to the star nut. The bolt threads into the star nut and tightens the whole thing.

the point of a threadless fork is that, usually threaded forks break on the fork tube easily because the bars have a good grip on the threads on the fork. unlike the threadless forks, because there is not threads for the bars to hook on to.

no. the threads make it easier to crack because they are thinner and the threads make it easier for the stress to build up

that did nt come out how i planned lol

yeah, thats and the bars grip the fork better which will break the fork easier

yeah, thats and the bars grip the fork better which will break the fork easier
Threaded forks are usually thinner. They don't even grip the fork much, if you take the clamp off of your bars and your strong enough you can just slide the bars right over the threads...
