What size square tubing for deck reinforcement?

My fatness constantly rapes the back of my scooter and after snapping the back off of my 5th pro-mod in 2 years I think I might try some reinforcement this time ;).

I've read the mod-bible and what not but I want mod it so it wont bend at all and for that I need square tubing.

I cant use my current scooter to gauge it because its so bent and my new one is in the mail so if anybody knows lemme know.

EDIT: I need the dimensions for inside support like in the picture.

Like this kids setup \/

If you want the outside box reinforcments like Alex's then you can go to your local hardware store and get two of the square pipes.

Yea my local home depot has the square tube but I want to know what size to use.

EDIT: The way I ride bends the frame inwards, so I need inside support.

18 cm is like as big as your hand, you sure you got that measurement right? You mean 18mm? If its 18x18mm then I'm all set to go to the hardware store and get this shit done.

Like the dropouts bend in? You don't need inside square reinforcements to stop that, normal square reinforcements work perfect for that.

Why? I think if I can build a turbo exhaust manifold for a Mercedes, I can shove a few tubes up a razor scooter :) I was just curious if anyone had the dimensions I would need which seem to be .70" or 18mm
