What to buy?

Hey everyone,

I miss riding....a lot. I have several close friends that skate and drive all over to film who want me to start riding with them. The only problem is, I have no scooter. I have no deck or fork, but everything else I pretty much have. I want a complete, and a year ago I would have just ordered a pro from amazon. However, everyone is telling me the new pros are shit and that I should go with an ultra pro. I've been on the forums the past year but haven't really followed anything scooter related, I mostly just stay in admin/discuss anything/music and whatnot.

So please guys, tell me what the difference is with all the stock pros now and link me in the right direction if you can.

Razor pros are thinner now, the foldeys are shit and they break faster then hell.

Get an ultra pro off ebay.

ultra has gussetted fork with thicker tube, one piece deck which is lighter than bolted foldy, thicker deck, and stock one pieces. pretty nice. The regualr pros stopped having the strip on the bottom that added a little extra thickness.

That ultra low pro actually looks pretty good, do most people vouch for it? And are the bars pretty easy to cut down if needed?

Yay your gonna ride! but yeah just get an ultra pro, and slowly mod it. or get a sz pro comp scooter. you want to get a good complete scooter. so xt, ultrapro, or sz pro comp.

Don't even fuck with regular pro models anymore. Buy an ultra pro, Welded gusset stock fork with thicker forktubes, stock 1 piece bars that are actually GOOD, thicker deck and dropouts, and a steel brake bolt. Its ligher then a pro model too. Over all its soo worth the extra 30-60 bucks

Ha ha. I'm so happy I bought my old pro the week before razor started putting out the crappy new pros. Mine has the old quality while my friend bought his a month after me and got the shitty pro.

I really don't need any custom decks, I could ride the old pro models for almost a year before I would break them. All I need is a solid stock scooter, and it looks like the ultra lo pro's are what I'm looking for.

the ultra pros are LIGHTER than normal pros and much stronger
the bars and forks they come with are dialed as eff
and the brake is like a basket ball out of the box
just get a pair of eagles and your set<3

I'm just going to use the stock bars. I've ridden stock bars the past four years, never broke a set in my life.
