if you have a usb cord or firewire, firewire pwns usb though.

save up for a mini dv, and while you do that you'll get better at riding so when you do get a camera and make videos you'll have better quality and better riding.

That cam will suit your needs, but you still need firewire. You'll probably have to buy a firewire card for your computer, but its worth it. USB capturing looks like CRAP, theres no point in buying a mini DV camera and not get a firewire connection setup.

You could get that mini DV Canon ZR you posted up, and a firewire+firewire pci card combo for under 15 bucks. Flash camera blow, usb blows, theres no point in buying a camera if your not gonna use it to its full potential.

I had to buy firewire and a pci card, dw its easy to put it in and the result is definitely worth it.
