wheel is moving side to side

i have a diviosn 55 wheel simailer to a demon core its in the back and the wheel will shift side to side i have bone reds and im running pegs every thing is as tight as can be and when i shift to the side it makes a popping sound like the wheel is shifting. any one know how to fix it or what the problem is? it doesnt appear to be ovolized

Your bearings could be in to far, do you have a bearing spacer in?
Your wheel spacers could be to short aswell

There is a number of reasons as to why this could be happening.

It's most likely ovalised a little though, it wouldnt be surprising on plastic core.
And ovalisation isnt usually visible unless its reeeeeeeealllly bad *cough* low pro's *cough*.
