Wheel rubbing brake spring, help

I searched this and nothing came up so I was wondering how I could fix my wheel rubbing my spring. They are 110 mm and then a pro brake on a like pro. Please help, here's a pic.

Wheels from like a 3 year old b razor, i needed a back wheel until i get a metal core

here arent 110 razors, its a 125, thats what i thought the moment i saw it

you can either put on a new wheel, take off the brake, or grind down the wheel. or get a flex fender.

Oh, I i thought i measured it out at 110, I guess i fucked it up haha sorry, I guessd I'll just get a flex fender

thats wheel is 125 thats why i used to have a pair of the same ones
