Anywhere I look it says that ABEC scale are odd numbers from 1 to 9. Abec 11 is a company that makes wheels and bearings and as i posted before, the name is ment to confuse noobs because bearings made by that company arent superior or diffrent in any way (their bearings are abec 3 and 5 rated, maybe there are more).

yes, so as i said, there are abec 11s... foolish peter

Long lasting if you use them for racing or cruising. As people have said before they are fast but since they are ceramic and if you land hard on them, they could break, wasting about 100 bucks.

As far as i know the swiss bearings arent abec rated. And only the balls are ceramic in those ceramic bearings, moreover if they say that they are made for skateboarding so they should be durable. "Ceramic" doesnt mean that its like glass or something, there might be many durable ceramic materials. And ABEC system doesnt suck, its only useless when it comes to sports like scootering and skateboarding - unless you jump a mega ramp or something an ABEC 5 bearing is enough, using like ABEC 9's for anything else than high speed sports like street luge or downhill skateboarding is pointless. But kids are still like "ABEC 11! Im gonna be the fastest on the block!"

my wheels break somewhat a lot but right now i have wheels that have lasted about 2-3 weeks. wheels arent my biggest problem, its usually because the handle bars move back and forth then a beam thing breaks and i can move it all the way back and forth.

didn't ceramics come out desinded for long boarding where they wouldn't have to be to "durable" and they where made to make it easier for a long bard to roll long didstances

most of the time the opposite is true
to clarify: most of the time more rim is more durable than more wheel
