When i titen my ics my bars wont spin

i am using a regular ics and every time i titen it my hed set wont spin please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!s

Did you try putting your bars on, to see how it spins?

yeah they wont even spin all the way around

your starnut is too deep probably, only on maybe a few threads.

Thats what happend to mine but did you remember to un-do your clamp aswell. Cause thats what happend to me and then my starnut stripped. Hope this helps
