mainly their policies. like if you break a part and they should replace it because they think they have the best parts on the market but they dont and when you bring in a broken part and ask for an exchange they make you pay full price. if i owned a company and i thought my parts were the best i would want people to exchange it out for a new one so i can improve the broke design. get what im sayin?

Well that's gay...but dude, they still make great parts, their wheels arent too bad, their bars are beast, and their newest decks are amazing, and they are light too

but the policies are gay...

i like their parts too....the wheels with all the circular holes are really nice. there bars r ok. im not super fond of the deck but there alright but i absolutely hate the fork
