Where can I find scooter sites that sell complete/customized scooters?

Sorry for the noob question, but I'm curious.

So far, I've only come across kotascooter.com and thescooterzone.com that sell decent custom/complete scooters... anyone else know of any?

kotascooter.com ripped me off they said they were giving me metalcores if i buy the dvd and i did to get the metal cores but then i asked them about some bars and they were like there 85 and sent out your stuff waited on wheels for you. and now the wont answer phone calls or emails. if i didnt live halfway across america i would go to there door step and sit there till they gave me my wheels.
