Where can i get headset bearings?

i have broken the bearings in my mgp headset. are headset bearings the same size? would they have bearings i can buy at a bike shop?

take the cups and go to a bike shop and see what they have. I would just get a new headset though.

New headset is looking like the least head ache causing solution.
