Which fork?

I have a stock rup besides wheels, grips, headset(fsa threadless unsealed) and im saving for forks, obviously im gonna get threadless, it would only make since, but if i do i want to know what would be the cheapest way for compression, get blunt ihc forks, or get some thomcats or other forks, and starnut compression( if thats what it is called) anyways, can you put a blunt ihc declare fork on a rup with an fsa unsealed headset on it without any problems, also can i get starnut compression for my bars which are razor 1 piece standard rup lo bars? thanks a lot guys.

theres no such thing as starnut compression. you could use ics with your bars, but a lot of people say its bad.

and if you had the money I would get the blunt ihc forks because they are pretty strong haven't seen a broken one yet
