Which is better? District V2 Brake or Phantom Flex For District?

Buying District V2 deck and was wondering if I should get the Phantom Flex Brake or stick with the one that comes with the deck.

stick with the one that it comes with, put a bit of bike tube under and it'll stay dialed forever as it has plastic dampeners i guess you could call them, no noise at all

That's what I did the day I got my District, an it's stayed dialed and stiff since then. It'll be hard to put the brake back in but just move it around and it will go in
