ultra pro is lighter but pro is not heavy unless you are a mijit with extremly frail bones who sits on the couch all day and has no muscle tissue

which one is stronger - or has the potential to be stronger.

straight out of the box, i'd say rup. but rp has more potential. if you reinforce an ultrapro, it breaks at the headtube faster.
