I'm probably getting around 250$ for christmas FTW, Since my scooter got stolen 
, what scooter setup should I get
Additional Info: Ride street and tech, little bit of park, 5'2 100lbs Intermediate rider, I can whip, 180 whip, 360, 180 barspin, barspin, 180 fakie, tailwhip an 8 stair, one fted manny foreverr.BTW, im going to be advanced sooner or later, so if i get a good scooter, it will only be helping me, in getting good quicker, and more importantly, saving money in the long run

1) Should I get a RUP (60$) then new forks(75$) threadless headset(25$), ICS(15$) and wheels(25$) barwrap(20$) total:195$
2) Fusion elite with new bars, save remainding money for other things later on total: 170$
3) Keep my bolted rp and get new bars (75$) forks and ics (90$)wheels (25$) threadless headset(25$) grips and griptape (remaining money) total: all of 250$
4) get a rup with barwrap and wheels (100$ total)wait until my b-day which is in febuary and combine money from there and xmas to get a good scooter
