if you take electrical tape, and wrap it around some foam grips, you would probally get the same effect. i did this to my pro foam grips, and it worked out great. has anyone else done this?

Yeah athletic tape is best. But electrical tape works too. Use athletic tho.

ive only used electrical tape once but thats coz my grips were falling apart but ive used hockey tape and its ok

the only reason i did it was because my friend put a huge gash in them. but ive put athletic tape on it too. it gets sweaty and disgusting. i ride bmx grips anyway, but i figured to post this. feel free to lock it i really dont care.

Whip grips feel nothing like electrical tape grips. You get poop all over your hands when you electrical tape.
