who cant go to the TIC competition?

they are going to say no though because its 3 days before and i live 600 miles away..
but its worth a shot..

so it seems everyone is going to the TIC competion so who is not going and give the reason why.

I can't go because:

There is no way I could get the money to go there.
There's no way my dad would let me go alone, and I don't think he would like to come either.
I live like a gazillion miles away, so I couldn't drive there.
I also suck terribly.

yeah, if there was a comp in like Whitewater, I would probably have a decent chance of going.
