Ok, here is my process of Hot glueing you wheels:

First, get some CLEAR sticky tape (prefferably a longer width tape) and put it over one side of the wheel. Cover the whole wheel and make sure its flat all the way, and there are no crinkles in the tape.

Then turn the wheel over and fill each spoke up with the glue. Make sure the Glue Gun is 100% heated or this could not work properly. Only fill each spoke up to the top of the spoke. No further.

Let this dry, then keep putting glue in so it is at least 3mm above flush of the urethane and bearing slot. Then let the glue dry. Make sure it FULLY dries before doing the next step.

Then, get a stanely knife (one with a long thin blade) and put the blade flush with the urethane and bearings slot and cut the glue away all the way around the wheel.

Done.

Ohh well, it dosent matter really how they look, cause they get scratched anyways, and even if i looks bad, it still does the same thing - make your wheel stronger.
