I teach a scooter class every Saturday. I teach 3 kids and they all have pro models. I've been doing it for a year now. Would that classify me as a eligible candidate?

as for the kneepads thing can i just wear volleyball pads under my jeans? and a sleeve pad thing like at murr park on my elbows?
cause if i have to wear hard plastic kneepads ill be pretty bummed. haha. i cannot ride in them... like even if i want to..
