washington, part of the northwest, is one of the biggest scootering regions in the united states. cooter con is one of the largest scooter competitions in the united states. Cooter Con 7 is scheduled for 4/11/2009, you should go. atleast theres actual scooter competitions in washington. unlike iowa (where jordan lives) theres like no one to even ride with. let alone a competition. be thankful for what you have man.

do what i did, help organize a local comp haha. credit for xw still goes to schad though, he made the initial contact with virginia.
