Bored of inlining.
Bmx = too expensive for my tastes.
skateboarding = boooooooring.
so i scooter. AND I LOVE IT d:

I ride for fun obviously, and also it clears my mind and I don't have to worry about anything in the world or any of my problems when I'm riding.

Wouldnt have most of my friends.
Less expensive then BMXing
And because its fun and unique..

you made my day. we have the gayest community, im not saying this to be 'og' but it USED to be cool. (im reffering more to the online scene here).

scene around here isnt too bad thooh, seems to have got better now that we all have halo and almost every time were at the skatepark we talk about how we pwnt one another.

Because I suck dick at skating.
Becase I would die of starvation if i rode bmx because its so damn expensive I wouldnt have money for food.
Because I would never ride rollerblades.
And I have to do something, so scoots are the only option for me. haha.

well, for one, i STARTED scooting cause i sucked at skating

but now i scoot cus

its fun
keeps me active/in shape
meet new peeps

and like other peaople said, its smaler than a bike so u can bring it in stores and stuff, and scooters dont have a bad rep with the law like sktrs

Ummm, couldnt skate n it seemed boring so i just started riding round as you do. Then i decided to go to the skatepark to see if i could do it and i could so i kept at it. Plus its fun and pretty good since i can actually fit my scooter in the car unlike my bike.

I ride firstly because I love it, like everyone said, it's so fun. I love the way riding a scooter feels. not just the tricks, but riding. with my hands down on the bars, just cruising. I also do it because it's new and different, and freestyle scootering is still relatively unseen, especially in my area. new things are happening in scootering everyday, whether it's tricks, or parts and technology, etc. It's exciting to be a part of that. I'm not an OG or anything, but I was freestyle scootering long before I found this website, so I feel like I've been with it for a while, watching it grow and progress. it's nice to be a part of something so small and new. and lastly, I love how much more of the streets are open to me on my scooter. when I skateboarded, I sucked and I was limited to small stairs and drops, and flat rails at my house and skatepark. but on my scooter I can hit pretty much everything at the skatepark, and tons more in the street like handrails, ledges, banks, gaps, etc. I was just born to scooter!
