lol when me jon and #3 ride were the 1s laughing at the skaters that make fun of us because they usually cant skate for their lives. Usually the good skaters have respect for us.

I never really get made fun of for scootering, so I figure people are either pretty cool about it around here or they are just too big of bitches to actually say anything to me, either way I don't really care.

Pretend to inward or bri or w/e and throw your scooter at them. If they cry, you know you that only idiots make fun of scooters. If they dont, yea well, you better be able to hold ina fight.

When I went to the park, it was in an extremely sketchy area, but I didn't get any crap. At least to my face haha. I could hear some people talking shit behind me. But you've just got to get used to it, it's going to happen.

alright, me and my friends that scooter have realized that..all the good skaters and our school (like the ones that can actually do stuff) are hella chill with scootering and think its suuuuuper tight. and they like always ride our scooters and stuff. and then, all the hicks and poser skaters, or kids who think they can skate give us hella shit. and theyre all like oh your ridding scooters cause you cant skate and shit. pisses me off.

also, most awkward thing, omg. i was hanging out with my girlfriend today, we were sitting in starbucks and her sister was coming home from college and had never met me, so she came to starbucks and shes like "so do you skateboard" and i just said no. and shes like "oh". and my girlfriends goes "oh he scooters!" and then her sister just starts laughing. worst thing ever, haha sooo embarrassing.

before i started riding i even thought that

street is def involved, its all i ride. ive only riden park 3 times. but i am starting to see more people riding street around my place

I to think scootin gets made fun of because every little kid with adhd does its and every little girl and young annoying boy scooters. Plus its easy to get started into scootin unlike bmx and skateboarding. Plus the complaint is that its a board with handlebars and is so light compared to a bike. I can see were it isn't "the toughest" thing to ride but its great and I will ride no matter what they say. Like Adam said, good riders will normally respect you.

i remember jesse saying that some kid told him that scooters were gay and easy. So he dropped in flaired and went up to the kid, handed him the scooter and said do it
