Do wider handlebars help you whip faster?

I have the razor type A and I can whip pretty decent and they are around 14 wide would you say 18 would help you whip faster? or any other advantages?

first off one piece bars aren't compatable with the a model because it has a smaller head tube therefore the fork tube is to small for one piece bars. but you could make your own. and wider bars do help whip faster if you are comfortable with them

Getting a pro model will help you whip way better than getting bars for your new A. Mostly cause new A's will hold up to about two whips before they break.

it does help, but you shouldnt invest in wider handlebars solely because it helps whip fast. When you gain more tricks and discover your style, then decide what width youll want it to be. 16 and under is generally more of a street thing, but it can still be done for 18+ I suppose. 18 wide is for more of a flowly style and park attitude

My bar spins have gotten effed up by my 18w bars. It really takes a while to get fully used to them. I used to have them completely dialed, now it get them 50% of the time. I just made a crappy scrap scooter with stock bars. I was amazed at how much easier it was to barspin. Be ready to really have to work on ur bar spins again if you get 18w.
