I just got an idea if you cant afford new bars but you want wider bars. Just go to the hardware store or some other store that has aluminum or steel (heavier) tubing and just get the width you want and make sure its the right thickness. put them through your stock t-tube and center them. then you just have to drill and bolt (or weld if you can).
