100mm wheel will fit a 100mm fork
110mm wheel will fit a 110mm fork
100mm wheel will fit a 110mm fork
110mm will NOT fit a 100mm fork.

eagle and district are run together, and eagles are 110.
Protos are 110, so they should fit

you will be fine! most all aftermarket scooter parts are made to fit 110mm wheels
