Ok, so I just got SCS and I want to cut my bars to 19(they are 20 inch right now) I put a forktube in the bars, because I knew I wated my bars to be raised to 21 after getting SCS. So will cutting it here --->

if i understand wat ur sayinng is u wanna cut there leaving a little bit of the slit exposed and stick a forktube in ur bars so there 19h w/o scs and 21high with scs? if so yes that would work =]
