I got myself banned.
You can run pretty much everything from XP on Vista... i haven't heard of any major compatibility issues yet except for like a few games..Storer said:

uh i have, like norton and mcaffe has to rebuild and recode all their shit to work with vista, and a few other things. but yea macs are beat for hardware though the os i sick and wont crash on you like windows.
microsoft spends too much time figuring out how to get every peice of hardware ever made to work on it, where as macs hardware is gay it means that the programmers have shitloads more time to worry about ease of use, bug free software, and perfecting details. windows vista is gonna have a service pack made for it by summer because of stupid shit they already found that could have been fixed before it was released for retail.

Anyway, I just like PC's I don't know why I was just brought up with them and I've messed with quite a few mac's but just never liked them.
Anyway I will more then likely end up with Vista soon.
But I would just like to know why people don't like it?
Is it the errors or too hard to use or whats the deal here?

vista is gay because of all the bugs that are appearing and security holes. also that theres not much software out right now that works well with it. and alot of hardware isnt working so good even though it may be "vista ready" the drivers are crap and wont work as good as they should.

Vista is THE biggest copy of Mac in the world, with all the cool windows and effects and the "gadgets" instead of widgets, how about Microsoft comes up with something original? And I don't think my Mac was even that much and it owns. And now you can get the iMac in like, 23" or something crazy like that.

Vista is intended to be top shit, but nah that can get f---ed in the ass by Harry Potter on a 600 dollar computer just to play games.
