wont allow scooters...

Discuss which parks allow scooters, don't allow scooters and which parks you can get away riding in.

At my local park , we got metal , concrete and marble. We got babys , adults , visitors( just looking ) photographers , adults , riders , skaters , inliners. I am allowed to go in and ride. The rules are simple. No graffiti / chewing gum in the park. Helmets are optional.

Soon , I will be moving somewhere near Grass Valley in California. I emailed Grass Valley... whatever asking about the skatepark if scooters are allowed. It actually said no scooters but I showed him a picture of what scooter i'm talking about and he said its not allowed.

Does Babboon Jonny know anything about this?Uhh I mean does any Babboon know anything bout this?


To the guy who started this thread , don't use force to get in man. Don't stick a pole in anyone's a$$ . Try asking the girl things and all and tell her all the reasonable reasons.Good luck!

the only reason why skatepark owners say that is because they dont want little 8 year old kids on their scooters riding around in circles. And also all bikers and skaters hate scooter riders because of the bad reputation made by the little kids.

i havent had any skatepark say that we couldnt ride in washington but some people get mad and throw their sticks at you and yell at you but we still ride

i want an indoor so bad too...but I imagine you have alot of street spots, living in the biggest city of Canada, so that makes up for not riding in the winter, haha i win.

Too bad I'm not too much into street, I ride it occaisonally when I find a really good spot, but park prolongs the life of your scoot, plus you can flow everything and I personally think it's more fun...

umm slasher well, im listening to their rules hoping they will change, when i am 210% sure they will never allow them(which i dont think will be the case i just gotta finish this email for her) then i will act on it and be rude and do what i want. and make a big scene with it and bug them everyday i feel like it. but thats not the case right now im gonna go about it the right way so i can legitly ride my local park and not worry about being hasseled.

ive been a few times during hours,maybe 6 total been hasseled every time but like once....they are gonna allow them just giveme a few more days.


grayson is the only cretepark in charlotte. minus backyard bowls and whatnot.
