You'll never sneak past. If someone was to bring them to attention that scooters can, and probably have, go bigger than most people on blades/boards/bikes. If someone showed them like Terry's mini or something like that and they actually cared it would probably happen. We aren't that much different than skaters as far as beatings the ramps take and. And the BMX-type parks would be perfect for us.
