haha i ruptured my spleen 3/4 of the way down the middle, i couldn't ride at XW 08, luckily i was healthy enough that i could keep it and not get it removed

all over it now and one of the bones went strait
through my mouth and cut under my tounge and
it slit one of my main arteries lost litres of blood
