just bs grinding down a mega fucked rail at my local, probably the size of a long 7 stair, just lent back a little to much, slipped, landed on my ankle sideways and tore all the ligaments. wasn't tooooooo bad, about 3-4 weeks on crutches and a little bit of slow rehab like swimming and streches etc. the ligaments still didnt heal 100%, i cant move it around as much as i can my other ankle but it still does the job aha.
