well you can't just assume they'll automatically let you in. The safest bet is to ask a place that lets bikes in as well as skateboards, because scooters tend to ride similar stuff to bikes.
woodward skatepark considers them skateboards

a skateboard is a skateboard, inline is inline and a scooter is a fucking scooter

my ffriend wasnt supposed to be skateboarding somwhere and he says "i dont know what you talkin bout skateboard, its a rollerboard!"
 
A bike is classified by two things. The first is 2 wheels, and the second is the wheels have to be 16" or bigger. So if you're not running 16 inch wheels, then you're not riding a bike.
