Dont district stock brakes rattle because of that little rubber assembly piece? Im pretty sure TSI Pheniox and Zero Gravity flex fenders are all dialed because there bolted directly to the deck.

Not always. Ive seen many dialed scooters that have Flex Fenders bolted on. That ruber does dampen the vibration but having one bolted to the deck doesnt create rattle if its tight.
