WTB: collar double clamp the one of pro models

im looking for a double lock clamp thats fits on the steer tube to hold it to the fork im looking for a cheap one and i live in OZ so cheap shipping/postage please.

duuuuuuuuuhhhhhhhhhh........ DANSCOMP.COM then click on bike parts and look at the seat clamps they work i think u need 1 1/4 inch ones soo yea they have them on there
