Nuts and threaded rod, i can't get a star nut,
inwards are good for there price

go to a bike shop and buy a star nut, then make your way to a bolt shop and fina bolt that fits the star nut and is long enough to make it to the bars.

sorta like a homemade brass knucles or somthing like a few clamps welded togethor
