WTF defective baby scs!!

I got all the bolts in good but the top one went like halfway in then wouldn't turn anymore and I snapped an Allen tryn to get it out. I took it to a machine shop and the said the threads were crooked and not online with the other holes... WTF! They told me it was out of line with the others. Do u think I ll get another. I got it from inward and sent them a long email

inward sells baby scs? but i know my old version baby scs (idk if they changed it) had messed up threads so i sent it back to andrew and he fixed it for me
